NOTES:

Usage of the rooms is subject to a 20hr per month limit, per organization.  Requests in excess of this in a given month will be subject to review and approval.

ROOM 104:  This room is available with Room 103, or when Room 103 is not in use and subject to the same usage terms.  There is a table and chairs that seats 8 people, with additional side chairs, small-screen TV (HDMI) and white board

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Find the room most appropriate for the size of your meeting and then click on the room's calendar to see availability to avoid a lot of back and forth
  • Please see notes below regarding usage policies and possible fees
  • ALL organizations wishing to use our meeting facilities, MUST provide proof of liability insurance, with Regional Access Project Foundation named as 'additional insured'
  • The room will NOT be reserved until ALL documents have been returned to RAP/CNA

USAGE POLICIES:

  • Meeting sponsor is responsible for all of their own supplies.  A coffee brewer is available for use in the kitchen, but you are expected to bring your own coffee and related items.  Erasable markers for the whiteboards will be provided as part of the room use
  • RAP Foundation/Center for Nonprofit Advancement promotes usage of multi-use water containers vs. disposable plastic bottles.  A filtered water station with both cold and hot water is available in the kitchen, as well as a smaller version in the alcove off Room 103 (sign says 'Water')
  • You are expected to collect your own trash/waste and dump it in the large trash can in the kitchen, or take it out to the dumpster if a larger quantity (staff can assist you in location)
