Intermediate Excel

This course presents the intermediate skills of Excel. Topics include:

  • ·         Customize the Excel interface
  • ·         Manipulate the screen display
  • ·         Create and filter lists
  • ·         Protect data
  • ·         Import external data
  • ·         Advanced filters
  • ·         Assign range names
  • ·         Use advanced functions
  • ·         Audit worksheets
  • ·         Grouping and subtotals
  • ·         Perform “what-if” analyses and using scenarios.
  • ·         Create and sort databases and use database functions
  • ·         Create and modify Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
  • ·         Create and edit macros;
  • ·         Run macros from menus and buttons;
  • ·         Make macros interactive and debug macros
  • ·         Use integration and Web features
  • ·         Collaborate with workgroups

Course prerequisite: Previous Excel training or 6 months experience.
